Bliss was a relatively low awareness brand launching a new category (toner and serum 2-in-1) of product. They challenged us to create a campaign that cut through the noise and showed just how effective the new Clear Genius line can be.
IDEA
Clear your skin, feel your bliss. In the midst of a global pandemic, we sought to launch a campaign that was entirely faceless — a first for skincare marketing. To do so, we created oddly satisfying visual metaphors to bring the product benefits to life. The creative was executed as a series of digital ads, online videos, animations for social media, billboards and wild postings. This campaign marked the brand’s launch in major retailers across the US, including Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Ulta and Target.
IMPACT
Social videos considerably outperformed benchmarks, and more importantly, Bliss Clear Genius became the #2 bestselling skincare line in Walmart and Target.
