Gucci approached CNX to consult on “retailtainment” for hundreds of stores around the world. Taking cues from the rise of experiential activations in luxury fashion, they were seeking out-of-the-box and turnkey ideas that would help take the shopping experience somewhere new and unexpected, increase dwell time and ultimately, drive more purchases.
